I want to become a staff member because I feel that the discord can improve (not that it is bad everything can improve, no-one is perfect, except Keanu Reeves). I really like working on discord servers and get all the roles and such in order. -What could you offer to the discord staff team (what are your attributes)? I am good at putting people in the roles they are supposed to be in and just all around staff discord duties. -What would you do if someone advertised their server (once and they didn't know it was against the rules) and what would the punishment be? I would talk to the person in question and tell him to read the rules and say that it is against them and give him a warning.  -What would you do if someone posted pornagraphic / sensitive content on the NSFW channel? I would do nothing as it is the NSFW channel and it is meant for those kind of posts. -What punishment would racism be? If someone said just a small thing that would just be a chat and a warning but major things might lead to multiple warnings or a ban. -What punishment would harassment / offensive comments be?
