EG X kills Y and his friends because they flamed him in chat. Rdm is the same but one guy. X only kills Y in this case for calling his dog fat. -What is ARDM and give an example: ARDM is attempted RDM which is when X tries to kill Y but he fails to before Y kills him or gets taken into a sit. -What is (Mass) RDA and give an example (for both): RDA is random arresting like when X arrests Y because he doesnt like him. Mass RDA is when X runs around arresting everyone he can. -What is FailRP and give an example: FailRP -What is minging, how would someone minge and how should you deal with it? (50 words minimum): Minging is when a person propkills, propushes and is just generally annoying to get a reaction and get banned off the server just so they can annoy people and have fun in ther opinion. So i would just ban them. There is no other way to counter them. If they rejoin on an alt ill ban them again until they stop. Personally i think we should implement the Keycard system requiring level 1 keycard to get out of spawn/training room. -If Player X damages Player A and kills Player B for no reason what has player X done wrong and what would the punishments be? (20 words minimum): Attempted RDM, im not familar with the servers certain punishments as i have no access to staff SOP's however If it was personally me with no restrictions i would hive him a warning then let him go. -If Player X does not follow orders when asked multiply times and steals a ship when he's no a pilot what has Player X done wrong and what is the punishment? (20 words minimum): FailRP and give him a verbal warning if he has no active warns. If he has active warns i would give him a warning. -If Player X is a Shock Guard and arrests more that 6 people with permission (Because fleet ordered him to) and also kills more than 6 people for no reason, what has Player X done wrong and what would the punishment be? (40 words minimum): Mass RDM, this is because he killed 6 people for literally zero reason AT ALL so i would ban him for X amount of time that is required to ban him for. Aswell as warnings. (Personally i think word count is too high for this) -As a staff you see a higher staff member abusing his powers, what would you do? (30 words minimum): Record it and speak to SMT or a higher up rank than him who has no affiliation  with him and then send them the evidence, however i will tell multiple people just incase they do not handle it and instead are abusive too. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
