Im also active 6/7 days a week and i can do traing everyday if nesisary and with me at command of this regiment i think it can become a fun but well trained part of the server. -How would you discipline your troops? i would make sure training is up to date and their skills are up to decent standards and i would give appropritate punishments and rewards for those who need it. -How would you train your troops? I would train them metally and phyically and traing would be a daily to every other day routine and make sure there battle skills are up the test and are ready for any threat at hand.
